SNOW DAYS STINK

We had a beautiful bunch of crunchy snow (3-5 inches or so) this morning. I decided to put off going to work until the roads had been cleared and it was a little lighter outside. Around 10am, my son had to go to work, so I thought that would be a good time. WRONG. It started raining as we got in the car, so I just dropped him off and went home before the ice began. Everything is encased in a hard, thick shell of ice. The roads look like a skating rink. I certainly hope tomorrow is clearer... they have already cancelled school.... kids love these days, but they really take it out of the big people...
